Rachel Borrero
Originally from Hazleton, PA, co-owner Rachel decided that living at the beach was able to be more of a reality than a dream for her. She realized that life was too short to be anything but happy, so she decided to take a leap and do what she had always wanted - to live at the beach! She’s been visiting and working seasonally at the Delaware beaches since 2012, and became a full-time resident officially in 2017. She is a wonderful dog mom to two girl doggies, an amazing bartender at a local bar at night, a wife, and a former Kutztown University basketball player. She’s the glue that holds our team together. Always smiling and looking for the next adventure/challenge, we can count on her to lead our team and get things done on time.

A.J. Borrero
A West Virginia University graduate, A.J. Borrero is a New York transplant turned Sussex County local. He has a journalism background with a minor in business and has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. The industry has given him experiences that books can't teach like leadership, adaptiveness, and attention to detail. A.J. enjoys his time off practicing what he is selling, he loves traveling to places like Utah and Puerto Rico or simply relaxing, playing volleyball or working out.

“You don't have to rent Saturday to Saturday down by the beach anymore. The internet has changed the way the average renter comes down to the beach. Our company attracts those using AirBNB, Furnished Finder, and other internet booking sites and matches them with the homeowners we have down at the Delaware beaches. It's a win/win in my eyes. The homeowners are happy with the return with no work, and the renter found their vacation home every summer hopefully for years to come.”
James (Jimmy) Law
James Law is in charge of all maintenance and servicing of all properties, he is our go-to guy. Being in the property management business for over 10 years, he has become the “James of all trades.” With his experience, he takes pride in his work and has a special connection with all his clients both old and new. When not working, you can catch Jimmy enjoying live music and living the local beach life.

Mike Johnson
Mike is the newest member of our team and Jimmy’s right-hand man. He is our maintenance repairman, inspector of properties, and our all-around handyman. Being a PA transplant, he has been in all aspects of construction since he was 17 years old and has been in the plumbing business for the last 10 years. He has experience running an apartment complex of over 1000 units and is ready to take on whatever comes his way.
